BIG NEWS : Josh Hamilton is expected to land on the DL with sore ribs He told MLB.com he is in extreme pain and that it hurts even to breathe. He bruised his left rib cage last Tuesday when he crashed into the outfield wall in Toronto, and he hasn’t started since Saturday. “I’m in extreme pain, no matter what I do,” Hamilton told the website.
