A look at the Fantasy Information you need to know about from the action Monday night...

AL Morning Mashup : Brian Bannister improved to 2-0 despite giving up six walks…Carlos Pena hit his league leading ninth home run and now has 24 RBI…Michael Young went deep again Monday night and now has six homeruns on the season…Tim Wakefield’s ERA is now 1.86, yes Tim Wakefield…Cliff Lee (1-3) lowered his ERA to 3.94 but did not factor into the decision against the Red Sox…Justin Verlander held the Yankees to seven singles and didn’t give up a walk…Dice-K threw long toss on Monday and is expected to throw a bullpen session on Wednesday…Julio Lugo was activated from the DL on Monday…Gordon Beckham, the White Sox #1 prospect, will not see time at the major league level if Manager Ozzie Guillen can help it.

NL Morning Mashup : Hanley Ramirez’s X-Ray showed no broken bones after being struck on the hand by a 95 mph John Maine fastball…Brian McCann spent Monday trying different contact lenses to try and fix his blurry vision in his left eye; it could be another two weeks before he makes his return to the Braves…Brad Hawpe suffered a concussion after being struck in the neck on an attempted pickoff at second base… Joel Hanrahan blew another save Monday night and was charged with three runs in 1/3 of an inning…Dan Haren gave up two solo homeruns Monday, but struck out 10 Cub hitters…Trevor Hoffman returned to the Brewers to pitch a hitless and scoreless ninth inning…Rookie Dexter Fowler stole five bases against the Padres… Luis Castillo is listed as day-to-day with back spasms…Andy LaRoche is now on a 11-game hitting streak after going 1-4 Monday night…Raul Ibanez hit a grand slam against the Nationals and is now hitting .342 with six homeruns and 16 RBI…Ryan Zimmerman hit two homeruns against the Phillies Monday night…Joel Pineiro is now 4-0…Casey Kotchman is now batting .309 after going 3-4 against the Cardinals…Troy Tulowitzki was benched Monday night and is batting just .167 in 17 games this season…Hiroki Kuroda received a cortisone shot Monday night and will not pitch until this weekend…Omir Santos hit a grand slam in the first inning (Jerry Manuel has made it very clear just how little he likes Ramon Castro)…Cristian Guzman will be back in the leadoff spot for the Nationals tonight… Brandon Webb's shoulder problem puts him six weeks away from possibly making his return to the Diamondbacks; some in the organization fear it could be longer and worse than expected…

Is this helpful/useful for you Fantasy Owners?  This is something I did way back when I was running the FantasyBaseballGuy.com and the readers liked it.  The only problem I had then, and still today, is that I cannot guarantee I can get this done every single day, but I can try my best if this is something you all find useful.  Let me know, leave a comment.

Hey Paul,

Love this man. Everything in one spot, easy to read and right to the point. I think as Dave Potts says, "You make this a daily staple." or something like that, lol.

Thanks for all the hard work, great site and keep up the, as you say, Fantastical work.
