altRock Cartwright is the obvious fantasy football add in the wake of another running back injury.  Besides Clinton Portis and Chris Cooley hurting, Washington also has three offensive linemen on Injured Reserve.  Maybe the Redskins have their own clause in the healthcare reform bill.  Besides Cartwright three pass catchers earn spots among the most added.  Two Seahawks are on the most dropped side, along with, for the first time all year, a kicker.
